Terms of Use

These terms apply to dngioi.com, a personal website run by Gioi Doan ("I", "me"). By using the site or signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

• You don't need an account to read public pages.
• To post, comment or upload, you sign in with Google or Facebook. I receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider; the Privacy Policy explains how they are used.
• You are responsible for what is posted from your account. Keep your sign-in account secure.
• You can delete your account at any time in Account → Settings.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you post (discussions, comments, files).
• By posting, you allow me to store, show and share it on this site, in the places and to the audience you chose (for example a public discussion or a signed-in-only category). This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time.
• Only post content you have the right to share. Don't post other people's personal information without their permission.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, don't:

• break the law, or post illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content;
• spam, advertise without permission, or impersonate someone;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

Moderation

I may remove content, lock discussions, suspend accounts, or refuse service when these terms or the guidelines are broken, or when I'm required to by law. When it's practical, I'll explain why.

No warranty

The site is a personal project, provided "as is", without guarantees that it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses caused by using it. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Changes

I may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
